Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3/5/2026
At XYTHUM, we prioritize your privacy above all else. Influenced by the principles of zero-knowledge protocols like Railgun, we have designed our platform to operate with minimal data retention. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information because we simply do not have it.
1. Data Collection
**We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII).**
- We do not store your IP address.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not collect wallet addresses or transaction history associated with your identity.
2. Decentralization & Anonymity
Our infrastructure is designed to be non-custodial and decentralized. Interactions with the blockchain are public by nature, but we do not maintain a centralized database mapping users to on-chain identities. Any privacy features (such as those mimicking zk-SNARKs protocols) are intended to shield your activity from public view to the extent technically possible.
3. Local Storage
Any preferences or settings (such as theme selection) are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We minimize reliance on third-party services. Where external RPC nodes or APIs are used to fetch blockchain data, we select providers that share our commitment to privacy. However, we recommend using a VPN or Tor for maximum privacy when interacting with any web3 application.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
