Terms and Services

Last updated: 3/5/2026

Welcome to XYTHUM. These Terms and Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XYTHUM interface and protocol. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. No Warranty ("AS IS")

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own security. This includes:

  • Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials.
  • Verifying transaction details before approval.
  • Ensuring your own compliance with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency and decentralized finance.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

XYTHUM is a non-custodial interface. We do not have access to your funds, nor do we have the ability to recover lost keys or reverse transactions. You retain full control and ownership of your assets at all times.

4. Assumption of Risk

By using XYTHUM, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, and protocol upgrades. You agree that XYTHUM shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to these risks.

5. Prohibited Activity

You agree not to use XYTHUM for any illegal purposes, including money laundering, financing terrorism, or engaging in sanctioned activities. We reserve the right to restrict access to the interface if we detect suspicious activity, although due to the decentralized nature of the protocol, we cannot freeze on-chain assets.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project maintainers reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
